Cellar App Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Cella mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use our App.

By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Account Information: Name, email address, and profile photo (if provided).

Wine Collection Data: Bottles added, cellar organization, tasting notes, ratings, consumption history, and preferences.

Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and crash reports.

Usage Data: App interactions, features used, and session information.

Camera Access: Used for wine label scanning. Images captured for scanning are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers after processing.

• Sync your data via iCloud (iOS) or Google Drive (Android)
• Provide personalized recommendations (drinking windows, food pairings)
• Process payments through the App Store or Google Play

Your wine collection data is stored locally on your device and backed up to the cloud via iCloud (for iOS) or Google Drive (for Android). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We never sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent
• With service providers who assist in operating the App (payment processing, analytics)
• When required by law or to comply with legal obligations
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

The App may interact with the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store / Google Play Store (distribution and payments)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)
• OpenAI (AI-powered features)
• Analytics services (usage data and crash reporting)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your data.

• Export your wine collection data (Cellar Pro)
• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt out of analytics data collection
• Manage app permissions (camera, notifications) through device settings

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the legal drinking age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
